Description
Designed for cutting round holes in ceilings, walls, and floors without making a mess, the AHC-19 is the perfect tool for installing recessed speakers, lighting, or other round objects. This adjustable hole cutter features the following:
- Can be hooked up to vacuums, with 2.5″ (63.5 mm) diameter hose nozzles, to suck up debris as you go
- Cuts plywood, sheetrock, plasterboard, and acrylic sheet up to 1 1/16 (27 mm) thick
- Cutting depth is adjustable via hex locknut and compression spring
- Cuts hole sizes from 2.2″ to 9″ (56 mm – 228.6 mm) in diameter
- Polycarbonate transparent dust shield collects dust and prevents chips from flying into eyes while cutting
- Rubber gasket provides surface protection against damage, tight seal against flat surfaces, and prevents fallout from debris
- Compression spring absorbs vibrations while cutting
- Can be used with any variable-speed drill
- Power drill and vacuum not included with hole cutter
