Description
The Autel MAXITPMS TBE200 is a laser-enabled inspection tool designed to accurately measure both tire tread depth and brakedisc wear all in one device without removing the wheel. By combining laser technology, dual-cameras and a high-resolution touchscreen display, the TBE200 enables automotive technicians and service centres to quickly assess tire and brake condition, document wear or damage, and generate detailed service recommendations.

- Laser measurement with 0.1 mm accuracy for tire tread depth and brake disc wear.
- Real-time graphical display of measurement data curves on a 1.65 AMOLED Super Retina touchscreen.
- Dual camera system (1 MP macro + 8 MP zoom) which allows: documenting tire wear/damage, scanning the Tire Identification Number (TIN) or DOT serial.
- Built-in software logic for wear analysis: colour-coded wear status (e.g., green = good, yellow = caution, red = replace), uneven wear detection, service suggestions (tire replacement, rotation, alignment) and tire-age/recall alerts.
- Quick Check mode: measure both tread depth and brake disc wear in one session.
- Compatibility with Autel ITS600 (and ITS600 Pro) via WiFi/USB for full tyre/TPMS/brake health reports with print/share capability.
- Supports broad vehicle & tyre coverage: passenger cars, off-road vehicles and commercial vehicles, and most tyre brands and types (Goodyear, Continental, Bridgestone, Dunlop, etc.).
