Description
Designed to cleave either 900 m buffered or 250 m coated fiber, this fiber cleavers quick and easy three step operation is perfectly suited for mechanical splicing and quick field termination of fiber connectors. This fiber cleaver features the following:
- Leaf spring scale is ruled to allow accurate and precise cleave lengths from 2 to 20 mm (0.079 to 0.79)
- Ultra-strong carbide blade will last up to 6,000 cleaves before needing to be replaced
- Handles both single and multi-mode fibers with 125 m cladding
- Replacement Parts: FC-4 Replacement Blade and FC-65 Replacement Leaf Spring
