Description

Installation of an Adams Rite paddle or lever handle is fast and accurate with the HIT-40AR8 installation template. To add a paddle or handle to an existing lock, simply remove the inside cylinder or T-turn and replace with a HIT-22 guide (included) and install the HIT-40AR8 onto the locating pin. Mounting holes are located through two hardened drill bushings in the template. After the holes are drilled, remove template, tap holes and install handle. When installing a paddle, remove lock, redrill holes to 17/64″, insert threaded posts and install lock and paddle. Installation is fast and accurate with no measuring required.
